INSTITUTE OF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT DIMITRA
In 1987, a group of young university graduates recognised the undervaluing of human resources in the region of Thessaly and the absence of vocational training opportunities to integrate them into the labour market. Together they founded the INSTITUTE OF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT \DIMITRA\, a non-profit organisation created to respond to these and many other needs. The head office was established in Larissa the capital city of Thessaly, a region that is in excellent standing and offers great growth potential in Greece. In 1991 the Institute expanded to include a series of branch offices in Athens and Thessaloniki.
